The Shots 4 Tots n Teens clinic at St. Charles Center for Health Promotion is moving down the road, beginning June 21, 2016. The new clinic address is Mercy Center for Health Promotion, 3841 Navarre Avenue, between S. Coy and S. Lallendorf Roads, east of Walmart. There will be signs on the building directing them to the new facility.
