DESCRIPTION:Informational event with the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department\, Equitas Health – Toledo\, and the Care Center of the University of Toledo Medical Center \nThis will be an opportunity to learn about pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV including medical information\, costs\, and programs to reduce barriers so that you can decide if PrEP is right for you \n\n“Are you a good candidate for PrEP?” – learn how you can pay for PrEP\, the science behind PrEP\, and more.\n\n\nAfter the presentation\, we will offer the opportunity to test for HIV (you have to be HIV negative to go on PrEP) and sign up with Equitas\, the University of Toledo Cares Clinic\, or the TLCHD for an appointment to get started on PrEP.\n\n Free HIV Testing\n Appointments made with Providers\n Dinner Provided \n\nClick here to view the Facebook event page.\n\nRSVP suggested.
