DESCRIPTION:The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department is partnering with local agencies to hold an educational event for Bowsher High School students to experience the aftermath of a car crash involving a drunk driver. \nThis event comes just a few days before Bowsher’s prom. It will include a mock car crash\, a simulated 911 call\, and emergency response\, the use of a hearse from Newcomer Funeral Home\, and a mock funeral. \nTLCHD and its partners want to ensure that everyone is safe on the roads by educating teen drivers about the dangers and outcomes of driving under the influence. \nThis event is for students of Bowsher High School.
