They can do so by calling the TLCHD at (419) 213-4100 option #4 and providing the name of the truck\, operator\, contact phone number\, desired date to attend\, and information on any changes made to the mobile menu or layout since the last inspection. \nPLEASE NOTE: While there is no fee to attend the event\, operators will be expected to pay the required fees for inspections and permits upon receiving them on-site.
