DESCRIPTION:Think Tank and the CareSource Foundation partnered to develop COPE\, which was co-designed with low income individuals who shared their story to give participants a glimpse into the lives of low-income individuals and families living in our community. Their stories go beyond the stereotype of what is seen on the news or written about under- resourced individuals.
