In order to improve the services provided to those who live, learn, work, or play in Lucas County, the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department is distributing a community-wide survey, to determine the level of sexual health awareness in our community.

Public input is crucial for the development of effective strategies to educate residents and improve access to our services for the community. All survey responses will remain completely anonymous.
