2025 Food Service and Retail Food Establishment license payment and signed application were due on or before March 1, 2025. As March 1, 2025, fell on a Saturday, the state granted that payments made on or before March 3, 2025, were considered on time. Any payment received or postmarked after March 3, 2025 received a 25% late fee per the Ohio Administrative Code 3701-21-02 (E) (3). Note: Seasonal facilities must pay prior to opening for the season. Seasonal operation is not operated for more than 6 months in a licensing period (March 1-February 28). Note: Mobile Food Service and Mobile Retail Food Establishments must pay prior to operating the mobile unit. No late fee for seasonal and mobile licenses.
