UPDATE: At 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, Toledo Fire & Rescue reduced the evacuation zone around the ongoing hazardous materials incident at 1266 Progress Ave. to a ¼-mile radius. Residents and businesses within this area must remain evacuated. Residents and businesses outside the revised evacuation area may return home and to places of business. The shelter-in-place order remains lifted.
