2026 Proposed Fees
Pursuant to the Ohio Administrative Code 3701-29-05 and Ohio Revised Code 3709.09, and Ohio Revised Code 3718.06, the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has completed the annual calculation of license fees for various Environmental Health permits:
- Food Program 2026 Fee Letter
- Private Water Program 2026 Fee Letter
- Semi Public 2026 Fee Letter
- Septic Program 2026 Fee Letter
- Bathing Beach Program 2026 Fee Letter
- City of Toledo Livestock & Chicken 2026 Proposed Fee Letter
The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department will be holding a public hearing regarding the adjusted fees on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Lucas County Public Library, 325 N. Michigan St., at 9:30 A.M. in Meeting Room 2. Enter through the parking garage off Adams Street. You can now request a Private Rodent Demolition Inspection:
You must complete this request and submit payment for an inspection to take place.
There is a $150.00 fee per property address for a private rodent demolition inspection.
