The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department (TCLHD) has announced proposed fees for five of its Environmental Health programs. TLCHD will hold a public hearing regarding the adjusted fees on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at the new location of TLCHD, 1933 Spielbusch, Toledo, Ohio 43604 at 8:00 A.M.
