Welcome to the Lucas County Community Health Coalition! The LCCHC strives to connect health partners from across Lucas County, Ohio with resources and other like-minded entities.

Promote cooperation and the sharing of healthcare system and local healthcare resources.

Our Vision:

Engage local community and healthcare partners to work collaboratively in hopes of meeting the demand for healthcare services during man-made or natural emergencies.
