Join us for an in-person screening of the powerful documentary “Birthing Justice”. This film sheds light on the experiences of Black women and their struggles with the healthcare system during pregnancy and childbirth.

Getting to 1 Coalition is a community-driven effort committed to saving Black/African American babies, eliminating the disparity gap, and reducing infant mortality in Lucas County. Before their 1st Birthday, Black/African American babies are dying at 2.5 times the rate of White babies. This has to stop.
