Meeting Announcement for Proposed TLCHD Environmental Health Program Fees
Pursuant to the Ohio Administrative Code 3701-36-14 and Ohio Revised Code 3709.09 the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has completed the annual calculation of license fees for Body Art, Food, Pool, and RV/Campground Operations. Those proposed fees are listed in the informational letters below.
The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department will hold a public hearing regarding the adjusted fees on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 8:45 am in the meeting room at Monclova Township Hall, 4335 Albon Road, Monclova, Ohio 43542.
